a rapper named aesop rock has some songs with some lyrics about skateboarding. He has a song called 'hot dogs' that doesnt have skate lyrics, but the music video is basically a dude skating through a city. he was in a weird group with kimya dawson called the uncluded where his verse in 'jambi cafe' was all skateboarding related. he mentions skateboarding in a decent amount of other songs too, tho most of his music is not about skateboarding.

Great list! I remember a band at a skate event called Monster Trux so I bet there's a ton more music out there about skateboarding that you could make another top 20 list!
